anyppl puts you face to face with one person at a time, chosen at random from whoever else is online right now. No profile, no followers, no feed — just a conversation with someone you had no other way of meeting, for as long as you both want it.

How a conversation works

1. Allow your camera

   Your browser asks once. Nothing is uploaded before you do, and the camera stops the moment you leave the page.

2. Get paired with someone

   Pairing takes a few seconds. If you've set a language, a country or a few interests, they're used to narrow who you meet — otherwise it's simply whoever is free.

3. Talk, or move on

   Speak, or type in the message box beside the video. When you're done, Next brings someone new and Stop ends the session. Nobody can follow you afterwards.

Staying safe here

anyppl is for adults only and is actively moderated. Anyone can be reported in a click, and accounts that break the rules lose access. Never share your address, your phone number or anything that identifies you, and leave any conversation that makes you uncomfortable — that's what Stop is for.

Do I need an account?

No. There's nothing to sign up for and nothing to remember — open the page and you're in.

Is it free?

Can I choose who I meet?

Partly. Settings let you say which language you'd rather speak, whether to favour people from your own country, and which interests to match on. It's a preference, not a filter — the pool is whoever else is online.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes, in the browser, with no app to install. A phone's front camera and a pair of headphones are all it takes.

Can other people see my messages?

Your conversation is between the two of you. Video and typed messages travel directly between browsers wherever the network allows it.
